The board has secured three bids for the foundation repair of the bath house.

Bids:

The three bids were based on three different scopes of work to provide a solution to stabalize the foundation.  In review of the three bids, the board has chosen to move forward with Atlanta Basement Systems.  This was based on the below factors:

1.  ABS provides a full warranty on the work that the foundation will be stabalized within 1/4 inch and should it shift any further, they will repair / restabalize at their cost.  This helps to ensure that the work being done will provide a proper repair

2.  The overall cost is the lowest.  While our goal is not to simply take the lowest bid, the warranty protections give us confidence in being able to be cost effective and proper.

3.  Atlanta Basement Systems is a reputable and financially stable company where the likelihood of the warranty being honored is solid.
